April Gallery Hop

the Short North on Gallery HopAs many of you know, the Short North Arts District has a monthly Gallery Hop. The first Saturday of every month, many of the galleries host their art show openings. The galleries, shops, and restaurants are open later and there are lots of people walking about… ANYWAY… This day is exciting because at Utrecht Columbus it also means 20% off Utrecht Brand Products!!!!!!! It is a great time to stop in and buy stretcher bars, canvas, paint, gesso, all things Utrecht! This Saturday, April 5th, is April’s Gallery Hop so come down to the Short North and check out some new art and get some sweet deals on art supplies.

P.S. A hint for those coming just for the sweet deals on art supplies, come early in the day to avoid battling for parking spots. We are open 9am-9pm for Gallery Hop and the discount is good ALL day!!

Springtime At Utrecht!

The Spring Sale is here!  We have fabulous savings on quite a number of A&E related items, such as Chip Board, Basswood, Tracing Paper, AD Markers and Foam Core. Our friends who paint will be pleased with savings on on ALL Utrecht Brand Oil & Acrylic painting mediums.

To launch our new line of Utrecht Brand Easels, we are unveiling our new Utrecht Traditional Easel, being offered for a special introductory price of $89.99!  Regularly priced at $124.99, this easel features traditional styling and European Beachwood construction. Its sturdy A-frame design will accommodate a canvas up to 53” high.  The center mast can be tilted forward up to 15° for pastel work. Ratchet height adjustment is quick and easy. Rear leg folds in for storage.  Laura says, “I don’t necessarily ‘need’ a new easel, but I don’t think I’m going to be able to pass this up!”
